Breakfast, friendly staff

It was a great price for a single-night stay, and the breakfast was good. It's a great value hotel. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast ladies made sure the food was full and ready for people to eat. The area it is located in is safe, and the parking lot has good lighting at night.

The pillows were terrible and became clumpy throughout the night. The bed was on the harder side (I like softer beds). And there was orange mildew along the edges of the bathroom tile (the actual shower was clean with no mildew but the floor could use a good cleaning.)

Location was great. Easy access to main highways. Heat/air was working and quiet. Nice sized fridge with working freezer to keep ice packs frozen.

Sugary cereals and carbs for breakfast. Did not replenish cups in the rooms. Surprised to find our room with dirty towels on the floor at the end of the day (didn't know you had to request to have the room cleaned/straightened). curtains definitely need washed.

Housekeeping in room very questionable, floor wasn’t even vacuumed, one of beds sheets needed change because something was spilled on it. Think we only got clean towels from housekeeping, room was never cleaned in our 4 day sy

We were in town for the college graduation of our grandson. The hotel was in a great location to the university

The breakfast was great! The location was convenient to the highway.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, rooms were quiet even with being full of guests.

Pleasant overnight at the hotel (my wife and me). If in the area, we would stay at the Fairfield again. Staff was friendly, breakfast options were fine; coffee was bold - always a plus!
