L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, le lit était confortable, la vue magnifique et le petit déjeuner était délicieux. La chambre avait une bonne isolation phonique.

L’accueil et le service n’étaient pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. La salle de bain était belle et spacieuse, mais la douche ainsi que la baignoire alternaient constamment entre l’eau chaude et froide lorsque quelqu’un d’autre utilisait l’eau. L’évacuation de l’eau de la douche/baignoire était quasi bouchée. Nous avons également appelé la réception à trois reprises (à 30 min d’intervalles) pour obtenir des bouteilles d’eau que nous n’avons finalement jamais reçues.
