Hampton Inn Naples-Central

We always love our stays at the Hampton. The kitchen staff was phenomenal. They took care of us well!

Never disappointed by the Hampton Inn brand. This time too they lived up to the standard. The hotel premises including the room and bathroom, breakfast area and fitness center were very clean. The staff were nice and courteous. There was some confusion regarding the charges for the stay, but that was resolved satisfactorily by the front desk staff. My only concern is about the other guests at breakfast on Sunday. I understand folks might get a bit stressed when there are a lot of people around. But there some unwritten and ethical rules that everyone needs to adhere to so that it does not get unpleasant for others. Here are a few: 1) It is not a good idea to cut into a queue even if you are coming in for seconds, 2) taking enormous quantities of a food item and leaving almost nothing when there are a lot of other people in line behind you for that food item is not nice, 3) talking loudly on the phone with total oblivion of other guests sitting less than 2-3 feet away from you is disrespectful, 4) lingering on at your breakfast table while browsing your phone after you are long done with having your food and there are people not getting a seat, is rude. This is not just one person - multiple people kept doing more than one of these. A request to all the folks out there - where are our manners? In our everyday quest to hustle with a go-and-get-it attitude let us not forget our basic civilities.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful, checking in and out was extremely easy, Breakfast was well prepared and they extended time for everyone that was running late.
