Can't think of anything very satisfied with our stay

It was a decent location close to nearby sites.

The booking was listed as non-smoking. That was NOT the case! Wreaked of smoke- my kids’ allergies got so bad I asked to switch rooms. They did find us another one to move to. My parents stayed in another room and while there smoke smell wasn’t as bad as ours, clearly no smoking isn’t enforced here. Also, the baseball teams running down the hall screaming all night won’t allow you to rest much if you plan to sleep.

Outdated, mismatched items in the rooms, the floor was repaired as some point but was not done well at all, the whole floor squeaked, a part of the floor is carpeted the part they "repaired" was not, doesn't look good at all the way they left it. not the cleanest. Water pressure was bad as well as the water temperature, the "hot" was warm at best.

elevator was broken on arrival but working that night. 100 dollar damage deposit was not returned from booking. despite communications that lead to believe otherwise

Staff was kind. Complimentary breakfast was good and the bed was comfy.

Ended up checking out a day early due to finding bed bugs. Upon a closer look at the room, it had not been vacuumed well and there were blood-like stains under the mattress. It was quite a hassle (and several hours) to disinfect and wash all of our belongings to ensure we did not bring them home with us. Also took multiple phone calls and 3 weeks to pass to finally resolve financials. Only received a small discount—when we have heard most other hotels fully comp for these reasons. Very disappointing and gross!
