Free breakfast.

We were given a room with mold throughout the bathroom. The shower faucet had a very heavy leak that would not stop and when you tried to take a shower, the handle to the faucet was loose and continued to slip to the hot water and burn us. This is an horrible option to stay at. I am thoroughly convinced we were given this room because we were a booking.com. Customer. The room smells stale. You can’t open the window to get fresh air. Also, we weren’t given room service any of the days that we were there for a whole week!

"Beautiful hotel but if you’re relying on the pull out sofa for members of your family, look elsewhere or book two rooms."

Beautiful property!

We have 6 in our family and booked a suite with a pullout sofa and two queens. The pull out sofa was the worst! Literally like sleeping on straight springs. Disappointing.
