L'établissement est remarquablement situé dans le centre historique de Dijon. Il est très calme et la climatisation très silencieuse. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant de bonne qualité.

La porte de la salle de bain n'est pas pratique. Ouverte, elle se positionne dans sa glissière et il est mal aisé de l'en sortir. La présentation de l'hôtel indique parking sans plus de précision. Il faudrait indiquer que celui-ci est assuré par le parking public, au pied de l'immeuble, mais payant. Certes le prix payé par les clients de l'hôtel est de 10€ la journée ce qui est bon marché. Mais il faudrait le préciser pour que l'on puisse réserver en ayant cette information.
