"My experience"

The hotel was very nice, the rooms, the bathrooms and everything was great except for one thing I didn't enjoy. The location of my room was not good due to the highway nearby and the noise was unbearable. My wife and I had a hard time sleeping.

"Not bad at all"

Love the area and the ambiance. Friendly staff and lovely setting. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as my own, but it was decent. I enjoyed all of the dining options nearby as well. The “fire pit” outside and the seating was very welcoming. I’d stay again.

"Not what I expected"

Check in was phenomenal, but I have to say, my stay is not what I expected. I did ample amount of research and thought I made the best decision for my family. For starters, the room isn’t clean properly. There is hair everywhere, the tub, the floor, the shower wall, and bathroom sink. Secondly, none of the wall outlets are working. We’re forced to charge our devices next to the hotel phone. We’re a family that refrain from charging phones by our heads. Lastly, the room is not welcoming. I spent hours researching, but I’m not familiar with Jacksonville. I thought I filtered my searches to 4 to 5 star hotels. It’s disappointing to know the hotel is a 3 star. Overall, I’m truly disappointed.

"Good stay, I’d stay again"

Great experience. Comfy beds, clean rooms, nice staff. Breakfast is way better at home 2’s than any other continental. We seek out home2’s anytime we travel.. this one is good 8/10 Only missing free cookies at check in 😁 and a keurig for the kcups I bring with me when I travel. Had to drink their coffee, it was poor.

Great location and great staff. I left the keys inside my car, the staff was amazing to help me out. The contacted the local pop a lock and came right away. Breakfast was amazing as well.
