Pacific Hotel Cairns

there was a small hiccup at reception at first, this was sorted once I proved the type of room booking I had made. That said I would stay here again

Our large double room was very comfortable, had as large bed, good bathroom and shower pressure, good wardrobe - iron and board, safe, fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. Wifi could have been better. The outdoor furniture was a bonus.

I loved this place so much. One of the cleanest room I’ve ever been. I wish they would have a gym on site.

Everything was great. The restaurant on site only has one option for dinner which is all you can eat BBQ. The internet was a bit patchy/ slow.

Friendly staff, convenient location, but I paid for a queen size room and we got 2 twins. Additionally I did not appreciate that even though we were delayed due to airplane technical issues (missed a whole day), we were not reimbursed for missing our original check in date.

Confortable bed. Cane chairs in the executive room not comfortable to work in. No desk space.

Great location, great staff, great room, great hoise keeping . Only fault is the wifi is completely usless.

Just the parking uncovered and i don't get it parking u pay xtra $15 dollars a night but the parking part of the hotel ...

Bed was comfortable. View from the balcony was ok. Even though towels were clean, they had staining. A microwave in the room would have been great. Overall ok for a short stay.

Great location, clean, close to restaurants, offers reasonable parking, walkable distance to all great things Cairns could offer.
