Персонал на завтраках и ужинах. Так же не работают сливы в душе и раковине. Вода стояла морем. Все очень старое и обшарпанное. Не красиво, не чисто. Отелю срочно нужен ремонт и хороший повар для завтраков.

Very helpful staff, especially Thiago who helped with my luggage (which was extensive). Stunning restaurant views, both at breakfast and the rooftop. I am looking forward to returning to this hotel next week when I am back in Rio. Would recommend staying here if you are in Copacabana!

Já fiquei algumas vezes e as outras foi muito bom, porém essa última foi bem ruim, o hotel estava lotado e eles não conseguem atender todos no café da manhã, muita coisa faltando Me hospedei com meu marido e filho, não colocaram uma cama q mais e disseram que ele teria que dormir comigo na cama, até se tivesse 12 anos, achei um absurdo e não volto mais

Perfect location. Great staff. Loved both the rooftop bar and the Wave bar right on the beach. Elevators fast and plentiful. Well organized breakfast and friendly staff from too top to bottom. Finally, that shower!!! Awesome pressure.

The carpet in my room had definitely seen better days. Some stains as well. But really not a big deal.
