Although it's an IBIS, it's very individual and feels like an independent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Dog-friendly. Clean comfortable rooms. Restaurant with local specialities - recommend booking esp on a Sunday when other hotel restaurants are closed.

Limited space to sit and work. No basic bathroom kit prepared, no tea or cup prepared. Too far away from colmar (as the bus only run half an hour per time)

"Prima ligging met gratis parkeren, verwacht geen hotel service met schone handdoeken!"

De ligging iets buiten Colmar en het gratis parkeren.

Handdoeken beleid is gericht op mensen die er 1 nacht slapen. Wij verbleven er 4 nachten en op dus 2 wilden we graag nieuw handdoeken en kamer opmaak. Dit bij de receptie gevraagd zoals bij inchecken was besproken. Tot 2x toe werd dit NIET gedaan. Uiteindelijk op dag 3 heeft met dit 's avonds nog gedaan.
