"A great example of clean and comfortable on a budget."

Mr Niehar - the manager or probably owner. Very helpful, very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities in general well cared for but older and tired.

The ad on Bookings said Breakfast Included. There was no breakfast. Coffee was decent though

The first room we were given had cigarette burns on the beds, and the entire room reeked of smoke. The shower also had a leak and wouldn’t stop dripping

Large pot hole in the driveway needs to be fixed. There was no bar of soap in the bathroom and the door stuck. Mosty the bed was comfortable and the location quiet. Other good things coffee maker with coffee, refridgerator, TV and iron with ironing board.

Cigarette burns and smell in the non smoking room. Blankets thin as paper. No one came by and made beds or gave towels. Only thing was nice water pressure.
