J ai eu froid pendant deux jours. Selon le personnel de l hôtel la chaudière était en panne. Je trouve que deux jours pour réparer une chaudière dans ce type d établissements, est trop long.

"Nancy train station at your door"

"Séjour parfait"

Séjour d'une nuit, chambre et salle de bain impeccables, hôtel propre et moderne. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Buffet du Petit déjeuner copieux et rempli sans arrêt , bravo à l'employée qui s'en occupait, très serviable. Hôtel en face de la gare. Attention pas de parking dans l'hôtel. Bref je recommande !

"Terrible experience"

Good: close to train station; comfortable bed; good breakfast. Terrible: desk staff (unhelpful, rude, argumentative); air conditioning (not sufficient to cool room, very uncomfortable); no free coffee; had a nice bowl of ice filled with cold bottles of water at check out in sweltering heat but cruelly, not free). This is my 4th Ibis in a month and may well be my last.
