Showers had warnings about being slippery.We put down towels but my wife slipped anyway and broke some ribs. A very bad experience. We told the staff about the fall, but they did nothing. If they knew the showers were slippery, they should have done something about it.
The best IBIS we have stayed in. Central, comfortable and very good staff.
Good location decent breakfast and functional room. Restricted parking, but free spaces nearby. Would visit again, reasonably priced and convenient for a short stay.
I am staying for one night, spent all the afternoon and evening celebrating my friend's birthday, the hotel is just walking distance to the restaurant where all her friends at gathering and near to her home. So it's convenient.
From the outside everything looked great. Inside, reception area was reasonably bar and restaurant areas looked good, in the room the bathroom was small but well equipped and clean. However the bedroom was snug, but decor, while clearly resent was extremely basic. The bed was very comfortable. For the price it was reasonable value. Good location.
Nice hotel with a view of the cathedral from the back and the river in the front. Close to everything in the old town. The breakfast was very good with lots of fruits, bread, cake, meat, cheese, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay.
I was not particularly impressed with the check-in as the receptionist answered the telephone twice while we were checking-in and kept us waiting. I found this quite rude. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location between the cathedral and the river and is ideally placed, within plenty of parking along the riverbank. The hotel accommodation itself is a little dated and in need of some refreshing, though for the price it was reasonable. Breakfast is the standard Ibis fare, perfectly adequate with reasonable choice (the madeleines are particularly good and there are pancakes too), though without the cooked breakfast to be found in a Mercure. Still. for the price, the breakfast is good. The hotel is also a very short walk to our favourite restaurant (Hercule Poirot) which is definitely a bonus.
The hotel had everything I needed and is within walking distance to the town centre. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had everything i needed for my two night stay.
Dinner at the hotel was disappointing.
I stayed for 2 nights and did enjoy my stay in spite of the lack of internet connection.
