O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica a 150 metros da catedral e do centro velho, perto de inumeros cafes e restaurantes. Tem um saguao agradavel e o atendimento dos funciorios muito gentil.
We found the women who work at this location very patient and helpful. The men who work the reception and bar were rude. If you work in the hotel business and you advertise that you speak different languages, why would you act rude and impatient when customers (travelers) didn't speak French? It's unnecessary. Again, this was just the men. The women who helped us were patient, kind, v and helpful.
Empfangsbereich, Bar und Restaurant sind grosszügig und edel, die Zimmer eher klein aber sauber. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein grosser, öffentlicher Gratis-Parkplatz ist in ca. 100m Entfernung. Restaurant im Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Staff barely answer your questions. Not friendly at all. No concept of cleaning the tables in the restaurant at breakfast.
Avec cette enseigne une bouilloire dans la chambre devrait être systématique. Ce n'était pas le cas. Dommage.
