As provided for in the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - ECA (LAW 8.069/90), the accommodations of children or adolescents under the age of 18 is prohibited, unless accompanied or authorized by a parent or guardian. In the case of authorization, this must be given in writing and be certified by a notary. It is mandatory to present an original identity document (RG) or birth certificate at check-in. Children and adolescents may stay unaccompanied by their parents, provided that they present the respective Authorization for hosting of the absent parent registered with a notary and notarized signature or authorization issued by a judicial authority.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
