A comfortable hotel, within easy reach of the city centre by metro/tram. Good breakfast

For a flying visit to Lyon this was perfect, staff friendly, breakfast was fresh and excellent... Would recommend the river sightseeing cruise with Bateaux Lyonais

Good location but not a great room. Check in was slow and cumbersome possibly due to staff shortages, room was tiny and bathroom even tinier. No fridge or any amenities as far as I could see. Breakfast in the Novotel was average at best. Yes, corona has impacted everything but for the money I was underwhelmed on this occasion and other ibis stays have been better.

I liked the freshness of the environment, typical Ibis style. Simple and effective.

Great hotel; clean, comfortable and staff were very helpful. We stayed here for two nights for a gig at Halle Tony Garnier (5 of us in 3 rooms) and everyone was very pleased. The location is also very convenient if you're visiting there. Transport links to downtown and the airport are close by too, I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was clean and your typical Ibis hotel. The reception staff were friendly. We booked to eat in the hotel. After 45 minutes of ordering we still hadn't received our drinks and finally we decided to leave the restaurant as we couldn't get served. The staff were apologetic but the service was still poor in the restaurant. We booked two hotel rooms. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms.

The staff and general standards of the hotel were outstanding. It really enhanced my enjoyment of lovely Lyon.

Hotel was in a kind business industry area, near the river. There is a small park that rins the length of the river, so it was nice to be able to walk that. Parking was 12€ a night and it was fairly self explanatory to get in the garage.
