Clean service was not done not even once during my stay even though requested multiple times

Courtyard with pool was nice and well kept. Room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Staff was very nice. Free airport shuttle was prompt. Located close to airport and light rail.

Please keep a pot of free coffee in the lobby! Surprised hotel didn’t have this most do. The “store” was cleaned out of food and drink. Hard on a weekend to find breakfast within walking distance and the paid breakfast offerings were meager, which was too bad as the lobby is large with a lot of areas to sit and have breakfast.

Room was clean . Hotel is easy to access. very near airport and lot of parking.

I booked two queen bed room for three adults for three nights. when we checked in, there only two bathing towels and coffee/creamer for two people in the room. this room had two queen beds. so my expectation was it will have stuff for 4 adults. I asked for Full-refresh house-keeping of the room after 2nd night. they said that they will take care, However they replaced the dirty towels with just one towel for three people and no refill of coffee powder, sugar. they did not even consider vaccuming the room and setting up the bed. Even extra toilet paper was not given. This is complete negligence and poor customer service. I askded for extra towels and the front desk person said he will send in few minutes and no one came. Since it was late evening and tired, my family slept off. This type of arrogance is not accpetable . Will not return to this place agian

We had a king suite. It opened to the courtyard with nice and sunny view of the pool and greenery. Although it was not very large at all it was pleasant. Both the bedroom and the living room had TVs. The shower was good but low water pressure, but I think that is a city issue. I only wish the convenience store would stay open longer. Very close to the airport with free shuttle. Shout out to Sahil add to reception desk who went out of his way to get us a room to our liking and was very helpful and polite.

Not too many places to eat within walking distance. Close by we had a very cool ethnic coffee shop, a sandwich shop, and Italian/pizza place. There was a place to get coffee and small eats at the hotel but most of the time it was closed.
