Me hospedé en este hotel del 17 al 19 de junio y, en general, las instalaciones y la estancia fueron agradables. Sin embargo, tuve una experiencia muy preocupante después del check-out. Tras mi salida, se intentaron realizar múltiples cargos a mi tarjeta sin que se me proporcionara una explicación previa. Detecté 8 intentos de cobro por aproximadamente USD 330 cada uno y otros 6 intentos por USD 100. Lo más preocupante es que el hotel nunca se puso en contacto conmigo para informarme sobre estos cargos ni para aclarar el motivo de los mismos. Considero que cualquier cargo adicional debe comunicarse de manera transparente al huésped antes de intentar procesarlo. La falta de comunicación generó desconfianza y me obligó a tomar medidas con mi banco para proteger mi cuenta. Aunque la estancia fue agradable, esta situación posterior al alojamiento afectó significativamente mi percepción del servicio. Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes revisar cuidadosamente los movimientos de su tarjeta después del check-out.

"Clean and quiet stay near San Jose Airoirt and light rail"

Courtyard with pool was nice and well kept. Room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Staff was very nice. Free airport shuttle was prompt. Located close to airport and light rail.

Please keep a pot of free coffee in the lobby! Surprised hotel didn’t have this most do. The “store” was cleaned out of food and drink. Hard on a weekend to find breakfast within walking distance and the paid breakfast offerings were meager, which was too bad as the lobby is large with a lot of areas to sit and have breakfast.
