Hotel is in a very good location within a walking distance from the city center. Has private parking nearby which is great when travelling by car.

Our room was right on the tram tracks, so it was extremely noisy. I was also missing a kettle and tea which is usually provided in most hotels.

The lady at reception, I didn't catch her name, but she was amazing! She was so kind and when we asked for a fan because of the heat wave she ran around trying to find us not one but two so our kids could have a fan on them as well. She did it all with a smile.
