Нас было 2 - я и моя дочь, дали комплект полотенец на 1-го человека, подушка и одеяло тоже по 1-му были, 1 стульчик, хотя бы жили 3 дня.

Gut gelegen, schönes und ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus.

Das Personal habe ich sehr unterschiedlich erlebt. Manche waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, andere haben mich nach der sehr langen Bahnfahrt wegen technischen Schwierigkeiten (Rechnung) erst nach ca einer halben Stunde ins Zimmer gelassen, der Begrüssungsdrink wurde auch nicht angeboten usw. Das war enttäuschend und wäre leicht zu ändern. Auch ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre grossartig.
