Enjoyed our stay parking is quite expensive ontop of the room

It’s a nice hotel . Expensive parking which we have been charged twice for older hotel Restaurants both very expensive for the quality of hotel

The staff was super friendly and room was comfortable and clean with an awesome view. Walls were too thin in our room. We were on the 12th floor with a room with a connecting door to the next room. We could hear EVERYTHING in the next room ... EVERYTHING. Our neighbors were up all night unfortunately. Other than that it was a great stop.

Great place, so close to amazing park!

We came to Spokane, as long time residents who have since moved away, to attend a funeral. So we are pretty familiar with the area around the convention center. This hotel, for the downtown area, was decent; but for all the nickel-and-diming that is here, we would probably just go stay at the Northern Quest casino next time (it was our other option). This hotel is probably great if you're here on business and aren't footing the bill. Good: comfortable bed; AC works well; decently quiet room (we stayed in 1534--top floor corner king room); good water temperature; very polite staff (we had someone on our floor smoking weed and stinking up the floor and our room two of the three nights, and security arrived promptly); quality hygiene amenities Bad: $25 breakfast buffet; $28/day parking (and don't use the app the convention center posts everywhere because it's $43/day!); shower is TINY and the safety bar is placed in a terrible spot (I'm an average-sized 5'3"); poor drainage and essentially standing water while showering; only pillows are down-style with no support; pool was FREEZING and we were there Aug 19-22; hot tub was bath water temp and the jets/bubbles didn't work properly The hotel is right downtown, next to several hotel-turned-apartment buildings. There are lots of sirens at all hours of the day. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance if you are ok encountering random sign-holders/tweakers/homeless people. Unless staying here for a conference, I would opt to go elsewhere next time. But we did get three days in a huge king bed, which is always a plus for me. :)
