Even with the remodel they were super nice and helpful they had at temporary front desk and were full of energy the Starbucks inside could use some more equipment and able to make more blended coffees but all in all it was a amazing place to stay and super comfy

Room was beautiful and comfortable. But we felt like we were nickle and dimed for everything...Parking not covered?! Really?! Won't stay there again.

Fees for everything. Even the internet was hard to sign on to.

I had a very pleasant day as usual. I’ve stayed at this hotel 1 to 2 times a year over the last 15 to 20 years. It’s a big hotel but the service is excellent. I was able to text with staff at the desk who answered all of my questions and needs. Sandy who works breakfast in the cafeteria is especially wonderful, she lightens up your whole day. The cookies are always great and they’re liberal with handing them out. I would say this is as good as any Doubletree property. I’ve stayed in and I’m an honors diamond member for the last 15 years.

"Overall, good location downtown if you’re doing a convention or something nearby, but there are better places to stay fo"

Really great location and nice parking garage. You can walk from here to the stadium and downtown, but it’s not the best part of town and it’s also quite far to some of the shopping areas.

Having to pay for parking was extremely expensive at $30 a car. I had two cars and felt like $60 extra just to park in an empty parking. Garage was outrageous.
