DoubleTree by Hilton Spokane City Center

I’ve stayed at this DoubleTree well over 100 times for work. The van drivers and front desk staff have always been friendly, professional, and helpful, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms continues to go downhill when it comes to cleanliness. After flying all day, I arrived to a room with two queen beds. The bed on the left had a visible stain on the comforter. There was also a large red stain near the closet area where clothes are hung, a dirty towel left on the shelf below, and a beverage left behind by the previous guest in the fridge. This is disappointing, especially given my long history with this property. I will be contacting my company’s accommodation board regarding this stay. I hope the housekeeping issues can be addressed and corrected, as this hotel has otherwise been a reliable choice over the years.

The reception staff was very helpful and greeted us with a smile.

I wish there was a light on when we first entered the room. It was pitch black, and couldn’t find the switch quickly to turn on the lights.

Location. Spencer’s steak house in hotel. Excellent meals at our conference. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Plenty of hot water in shower.

I thought the pillows were small and uncomfortable but other than that it was a nice stay

The staff is always so kind and helpful

Only having one elevator working made having to wait longer for an elevator was a little frustrating

Loved the breakfast & breakfast service and staff was amazing
