Scrubbed the tub as soon as I saw it. Cob webs behind the curtains. Wallpaper was coming off the walls. Chairs were broken and had to sit on the edge. This has to have been the worst hotel. The bedding was clean. However they should knock this place down and start again.

Hotel condition in very bad shape, I would not suggest anyone to stay here. That's true it is cheap but if I knew it is going to be that bad with stain on the bed sheet and pillows, dirty towels and also you can't closed the door I put chair to keep it closed at night we all can't sleep whole night

I don’t know where to begin. I have traveled the world in third world nations and this was my worst experience in 51 years. I booked on TripAdvisor but it took me to booking.com. The ratings are far too kind. I thought it can’t be that bad after all I’ve stayed in grass and bamboo huts. It was far worse that any of the many reviews and should be condemned. And the worst is I heard every excuse known to man to every unhappy customer as if they were reading from the managements replies to bad reviews. They are scam artist and professional liars. We even called to verify reservations before arrival. We were told everything is ready and your room is as described. Upon arrival the State Police and local police were rolling crackheads from the rooms and bar, the lobby was full of angry customers, rooms were dirty, showers didn’t work, keys opened others doors but not their own and blood and feces were on bathroom walls. A handicapped woman and her mother were told that they could help cary her to her second story room after denying her reservation for ground floor. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I started to leave but of course this hotel did not honor changes in booking and surprise surprise they did not have our room as promised and confirmed but tried to book me into some else’s room. I pointed out the reservation name was not mine and the room not what the reservation was for. That person just said well she needs to fix it and walked out. I waited for almost 45 minutes to be told they did not have my room as promised and verified and I needed to take a smoking room with twin beds. I am disabled and 6’6” with my wife. I had no intention of separate beds or smoking slime. But now midnight and no vacancy’s everywhere. We were given the key. It would not work but by pushing hard the door opened that let us into the room where it appeared someone was already staying. Bed had been slept in and items were on the table. I thought I must have misread the room number as a 5 instead of six and tried that door and again the door opened with a slight push. Two rooms opened with out the key. So now I return to the desk to be told it’s not their fault they do not have the room I reserved from your service or that the locks on doors do not work. Finally I was told they would cancel the reservation. I ask for a refund they claimed they did not charge me. Yet I have the confirmation from my bank they did. I made them give me a receipt stating they would not charge me. I contacted booking.com the service TripAdvisor booked my room through and they said it was not cancelled and they would request my refund but they would not remove them from service. This hotel is not inhabitable and should be condemned. I am filing complaints with Wyndham, Health Department and BBB. So whatever you do. Do not stay at this place. TripAdvisor you should be ashamed to allow this business on your booking availability it’s a complete crap hole!

I stay at several hotels and this was one of my worst stays. Take that back i didn't even stay. The lights weren't plugged in. The bed was hard as a rock not Mention very old. The water wouldn't stay any where near temperature it jumped drastically from one extreme to another. Looks and feels like a drug house. People outside fighting.

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast!!! Had an amazing stay and will be recommending this location to other friends and family. Really appreciated the staff too, got extra supplies that we needed easy and brought right to us!
