Let’s see the other guests were very loud and you website said rooms were sound proof they were doors slammed all night fire alarm in my room was hanging off the wall when I checked in i called to get fix they came while I was out for dinner placed 2 screws in wall to make it stay so when I came back to room @ 3am they didn’t clean the mess from reinstalling the fire alarm…. Next morning guests were very loud breakfast hall had sooo many people it was like you guys was running a shelter or some I was very disappointed as I was celebrating my husbands 49 n my 50 birthday we decided to end our trip early🫣🥲😢🥹

The hotel itself wasn’t terrible — the room was clean overall, and we didn’t have any issues with bugs or anything like that. However, the rooms were very outdated for the price we paid. Much of the furniture was old and visibly worn, the carpet looked dirty and heavily used, and the room still had a lingering smoke smell even though it was listed as non-smoking. If the room had been priced lower, we probably would have felt like we got what we paid for. But considering the cost, we expected something a bit more updated and comfortable — not luxury, but at least comparable to a standard mid-range hotel. The property would benefit either from lowering its rates or investing in room renovations to better match the price point.

The smell of cigarette smoke was horrible, and the apartments need to be renovated.

Bedroom is clean. Linens and towels were white and new.
