Holiday Inn Express Boston-Waltham by IHG

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the property has been recently renovated or is still in very fresh condition. Everything felt well maintained, modern, and comfortable. A special thank you for upgrading us with our children to a corner room. It made a big difference for our stay — we felt more comfortable not worrying about disturbing other guests, and at the same time the room was conveniently close to the elevator, which made moving around much easier with kids. We also appreciated the breakfast, which was good and helped us start the day without stress. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel with thoughtful service. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would happily stay again.

A Good breakfast but other than a banana there was no fruit like their competiton across the road Best Western.

Our firsr floor room required us to walk down with our luggage, about 10 steps to get to our room. I don't now if other floors required this but I would remember not to stay on this first floor room.

We've stayed at the same hotel in Queensbury, Lake George. Must say Holiday Inn has mastered uniformity and a quality stay. Plenty of parking. All you can eat breakfast is exactly the same and well stocked with a great selection: muffins, pancakes, toast, milk, eggs, sausage, potatoes, warm cinnamon buns, coffee tea, bagels, yogurt, fruit. Room was quiet and super clean and comfortable. Linens and bed are luxurious. Small fridge. Coffee keurig. Ironing board. Don't like the sliding bathroom door. Not enough privacy and doesn't stay closed. Room has body lotion and shampoo and conditioner in bottles. Staff friendly. Small shop in lobby with snacks. Gym and laundry on site. We stayed in 228. Far from elevator so very quiet. Value great. Cashed in some points towards the stay. Great restaurant across the street Copper House. Close to highway.
