The room was clean and free of cigarette odors. Pets are allowed.

The staff are somewhat rude and lack strong customer service skills. Additionally, communication needs improvement. It’s important to inform guests that a mandatory cleaning will be required if their stay exceeds one day. I was never told about a cleaning policy until after the fact.
