La atención del hotel es de las mejores que he recibido. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y eficiente durante toda la estadía. Las instalaciones son hermosas y se nota que han sido renovadas recientemente, con muy buen gusto. El desayuno es espectacular, tanto por la calidad como por la variedad, y todo lo que pedimos de la carta estuvo delicioso. El fitness center es muy completo y las habitaciones son cómodas, acogedoras y perfectas para descansar.

La salida hacia la playa podría mejorar, ya que actualmente es una puerta pequeña que da directamente a un estacionamiento. La primera impresión resulta un poco confusa, porque no parece claramente el acceso principal a la playa y da una sensación algo escondida.

We stay at this hotel regularly and are always very satisfied, so we will definitely continue to visit it to enjoy a wonderful holiday. This hotel is situated nearby Puerto Banus and only 5 km by foot of the old town of Marbella. But you can also take a taxi. We love the hotel because the whole staff is very friendly, their service to the clients is of a very high standard and especially the staff from the AURA team, with Andrea Filova and her colleagues are very helpful. They are always available to make your stay very special.

I had a lovely time in the hotel. The room was amazing and the staff, especially Victoria was super nice and made my stay even more special! Hope to see you again!

Just back from an amazing few days at ME Marbella. Beautiful hotel, immaculate throughout, incredible design and genuinely outstanding staff. Everything was handled with warmth, professionalism and real attention to detail. The trip was organised by our dear friend Scott Haze around one of his movie projects and a celebration with friends and what was already going to be a great few days turned into something genuinely memorable thanks in no small part to Ruben and his excellent team. We were exceptionally well looked after from start to finish and will definitely be back.
