IRamada at South El Monte has always been my go-to place fur a quick stay-cation or obligation. It's cleanliness and ample beauties of plants and scenery inside just keep you in that mode.

This start was not a pleasure, pleasant or even dignified Wyndham hotels one. I was treated like a miscreant. I was over charged, not given the room I reserved after I extended my stay I was over charged again. The hotel reception kept misinformation of an incident that was caused in my room by horrible misconduct targeting, my room and adjoining with the only ones showing red curtains no white sheer curtains while my pictures of the whole hotel showed everyone with white sheet curtains then tried to excuse it by asking me to leave a day earlier than myreservation. I was bit on my right index finger and went down to lobby to ask front desk to call 911 because I am anaphylaxis and he was so dismissing. On the day they ask me to leave I felt so sick and couldn't obtain a ride since my card was charged about $800 for a 3 night stay. Then I got bit by more bugs while waiting in the hotel lobby. I was there because my housing had flooding and needed some safe haven until owner contacted me. I am very hurt and confused as to all of this

La stanza era abbastanza grande

We stayed for 7 days and you cannot beat the price for a week-long stay. Location was great. We divided time between LA county and OC. Being right off the 60 freeway made navigation extremely easy, as well as being closer to Whittier, which is a nicer area than El Monte (saying as an LA county native local to Whittier/Norwalk area). The beds were also comfy, which worked since we were there on vacation and didn't stay in the rooms much.

Toilets flushed weird, little bugs/gnats in our room, bedroom doors didn't close all the way, lots of random hairs in clean towels, key cards locked us out at night, loose outlets, thin walls/loud neighbors, the room was outdated and so were the appliances (microwave, mini fridge), couch was extremely uncomfortable, the air circulation was also terrible; only cold air in bedrooms and not living room.

Staff were amazing during check in and check out.

We booked 2 rooms..We were put into a room and the air conditioner did not work... so we were moved to another room and that ac barely worked and it was pretty much humid the whole 2 days we were there...it was hard to sleep because it was so hot.... In the second room some lights worked and some didn't...they also kept randomly flickering....
