Guest House Kovacevic

I went to Hvar with family and friends for a couple of days and we stumbled upon Guest House Kovacevic when looking for accommodation. From the moment I expressed my interest in booking, our host Ana did everything to make our trip preparations as well as our say as comfortable as possible. Upon arriving, she explained the house rules and provided us with an exhaustive list of recommendations in and around Hvar, ranging from activities to bars and restaurants. As we booked multiple rooms, I had a chance to see them in a bit more detail. The rooms are extremely clean, nicely decorated, and provide ample shade from the Sun when sitting on the balcony area surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees. The beds are very comfortable and the alartments have a small kitchen that allows you to cook a full meal. The location itself was also perfect from our perspective, as it was within a short 5 minute walking distance from the picturesque Old Town in Hvar, yet isolated from the crowds, the bustle and the noise that you encounter once you get into the Old Town, so it was an extremely peaceful neighbourhood that was located perfectly. I really can’t sat enough positive things about our stay in Hvar, we felt welcomed from the get-go with an unmatched level of hospitality by Ana. I have already recommended this accommodation to family and friends, and will definitely be coming back. Thanks a lot for the hospitality!

We liked everything, it was absolutely perfect.

Rooms were comfortable , neat and adequately equipped

Location was far from the port and too much uphill

The room was clean, and if you want to call 340 a night reasonably priced in Croatia...ok

I do not want to comment further to hurt this young ladies business, but it was not great. The distance to get there from the old town isn't worth it with steps, imo also.

Situated in a quiet part of the island

Ana was great! She gave so many fantastic directions and made everything easy! And was in a good location.

The bathroom flooded a bit and the beds were very small!
