The lady in the lobby (didn’t catch her name, sorry) was super sweet. She helped me out pretty quick after she was done on the phone and was extremely apologetic about the wait. They accept all dogs except pit bulls as well, so if you’re looking for a cheap ish place to stay for the night that allows pets, it’s a good. My only complaint is how thin the walls are. You can hear everything your neighbor is saying.

The best part was the staff - they were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room had ancient plumbing, no stopper for sink, slippery tub, strangest tv I’ve seen (never did find the volume control), ridiculous liquid soap, shampoo, gel dispensers (problem solved by buying bar of soap at Albertsons), wife got bitten numerous times by unidentified bug while sleeping. Finally, to cap it off they billed more than the Expedia price (pending resolution with hotel).

My dog is registered as an ESA and the property still charged the pet fee. The floor was dirty and the hotel is outdated. The shower water had VERY low pressure and the soap dispensary was not filled.

It was ok ... The bed sink in on one side it was clean enough for it being old the shower was difficult to figure out it would trun off when truned to get cold water trun off to trun to get hot water ...the fitness was closed they need to do is undate there website there no break fast diner just grab and go.. the pool was ok

I had a torn tendon was put on a cast, this was after I had made reservations. I was going to drive from California to Roswell NM. Mt grandson was graduating from college. I had made reservations at a casino in Nevada. They understood and canceled my reservation, I offered to provide Rodeway with a Doctors note. I'm 71 years old with fixed income and they could care less. I lost out on my money I putaside for this special occasion. They SUCK
