"Check in after 3 pm to avoid the day manager"

First of all, I’ve stayed at this property multiple times. I’ve never had a negative experience until today. Because of wind, I-80 was closed. At 9:30 am, I reserved a room at the quality Inn. I knew I couldn’t get a room at 9:30 but when I inquired about an early check in, Angela Carr (general manager) said, “no early check in”. Long story short..I discovered she was the rudest front desk manager I have ever dealt with. Her people skills rates right there with a prison guard. My only complaint is with the day manager. The property is appropriately rated in other reviews.
