"Great location quiet and safe area in Bellevue with friendly staff"

We have stayed here a number of times in the past 20 years. It has been a long time since we left a review, so this would be more of an update and reflection of our July 2025 stay. First of all, it went from $0 for parking to now $12 per night. Sure, hotels are all doing that even though there are plenty of parking spaces. Just another income making opportunity. A bit of turn off if you survey all the travelers. In our case, this stay they waived the parking fee for our Platinum Elite status. Do not expect that all the time. The breakfast here is decent. We found the typical scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins, cereals, etc. Also appreciate the healthy side of choices: hard boiled eggs, yogurts, fresh fruits (bananas and apples), oatmeal with all the toppings. The dining area is very clean, and they do refresh the coffee often. We received a complimentary upgrade to a "mini suite", really it is just a larger room with a separation of the sitting area and the bed. The room was equipped with a microwave and a mini refrigerator. Also has 2 TVs and a large computer desk, nice storage drawers if you need to unpack during the stay. During our stay it was fully booked. A lot of kids running around, especially the pool area. Into the evening it is very quiet, so that is a plus for sure. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. She definitely gets an A. We love the location of this hotel. Off of the busy streets and freeway, yet so close to many restaurants, shopping plazas, you name it, you're within 10 minutes from it!!
