Total sham. I booked 4 nights. The hotel staff checked us out on day three then took all personal items out of room. Theyrummaged through suitcases and the iPhone left in room. They called at least one contact in the phone before calling the number on the account. They put all toiletries in a trash bag to bring to front desk. Then when we confronted them about this they say we checked out at 11:15. We were in the room at that time turning down the house keeping service. At 1:30 they tried to clean the room again and we turned down the services again. At 4pm they removed all items out of room. After a lengthy conversation with the front desk and filing a police report they let us have access to the room again. We were expecting them to have turned it over for another guest but it was still in same used condition and nothing was touched other than our items. Going through the room we found additional items they housekeeping staff missed. We called the manager Brandon who was not on site at 8pm. He was rude and would not do anything. He even hung up on me after telling me he would deal with it at 7am when he returned the following day. Guess what it was not dealt with. In fact they charged me an additional $80 on top of the expected bill. Avoid this property at all costs. Very dishonest people at this location

There was next to no food available. Limited breakfast choices. The store had Pepsi and chips, that’s it.
