The proximity to the beach.

Very noisy air conditioner that would go on and off all night long with cold air blowing on us when A/C was on, or we got hot when air conditioning was not blowing air; unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep during the two day visit . Furthermore, the parking stalls were extremely narrow.

Room was very clean. We did pay extra for the upgraded ocean view room but we were still four buildings away from the actual beach. A bit misleading and not worth the extra. I also had booked thru booking.com did the online check in and supposedly everything was done except for pick up the key card and parking pass for the dash. We had just stayed here the two previous weekends and used the same card. This time the lady at the counter kept telling my card was declined but it definitely has more than enough money in the account. It took several minutes to convince her to call her manager for help. Once she did we were able to get the payment to go thru and everything was good. Other than that it was all good and will probably come back for another staycation night.

We liked the quick access to our kayak excursion. We ran over the checkout time when the excursion ran late without a penalty.

Very loud walking kept us awake from another guest pacing the room upstairs.

Very quiet close enough to the beach you could hear the waves at night

Parking area could use some work. Lunes weher confusing for some
