There were fresh towels when we got in as requested also fresh sheets.The cleaning ladies were saints

There was multiple burn spots on the furniture and appliances that looked suspicious. Previous tenants food was still left out. The heat was totally shut off to the room until I got their and had to wait 2 hours for the room to start warming up. The late night clerk was pretty rude he clearly made it seem he wanted us to go away. He will continuously stare at you if you remotely go out of your room or leave the hotel.there also was a lot of services offered at the hotel on there add but when you get there the most you get is the room and laundry with outrageous detergent prices which I had to talk to the creepy over night guy about

First of all, I was not greeted when I walked in. I had to initiate conversation and before she said a word to me, she got up and turned on a light. When she did speak it was to ask for my DL. I gave it to her and she looked at a screen for several minutes before I had to speak first AGAIN. I asked if was she able to find my reservation. I had checked in online. She said she was trying to see if I was prepaid. I wasn't which she would have known if she had asked. Once she got my card and printed out the forms, instead of bringing the form where I was standing, she put it on the opposite side of the counter for me to sign. I almost didn't move but I needy blessings to keep flowing... We have been traveling a great deal for business and this has been the worst customer service experience I've had. Got through that only to get a crappy room. So disappointed. Our room was not up to our standards. It was not clean, paint was peeling, there was a piece of toilet paper in the peep hole and you can see the outside from the crack in the door. We are staying because we are tired but we are not happy... At all!!! Oh and the rude person at the front desk was the manager on duty. Also, I tried to add pictures but for some reason it's not working. There are pictures though... Sigh

My towels were a little bit stained. I know that a hotel will have many guests, but maybe just change them out a little often.

The commode gurgled all the time. The bathroom floor was sticky. The air conditioner was noisy. The room needs a deep cleaning.

Very friendly and nice staff

Very dirty,especially sheets,blanket and comforter.Pillows very used ,uncomfortable and smelly.
