Everything. Bathroom was dirty had an open vent that led outside animals coulda got in. Floor was dirty

Unfortunately this was one of the only hotels with a vacancy for the weekend and it was pretty evident why. When we first opened the door, the smell was overwhelming. It smelled like they tried to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke with bleach and potpourri. Once we got past the smell, the next problem was how dirty the floors were. My kids walked around in fresh socks for 2 minutes and the bottom of the socks were black. The shower was in rough condition and outdated, and the complimentary breakfast was abysmal. The beds were actually relatively comfortable but hard to get past the lack of cleanliness. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The maintenance guy Steve kept on asking to leave a tip. And I didn't mind cause I do that anyway, but it's like everytime i seen him he would ask.

Room was disgusting. Smelled horrible. Blood on floor. Nothing like pictures.

Two different rooms, all infested with bed bugs. Took pics, showed John, and he still negligently rented rooms out. This is uncalled for. I will never recommend a Windham hotel.

The bed covers had lots of stains. The bathroom was gross and had dirt and hair all over the floor. Nightstand was visibly dirty and had sticky substances on it.
