Skip this place if you can. Bathroom was not cleaned well or stocked. Clerk tried to charge me an additional $100 deposit during the check in process.

Un des pire hôtels qu’on ai fait et pourtant on a énormément voyagé. Dans la première chambre on a trouvé des vers, des araignées mortes un peu partout… l’odeur de cigarette était immonde, les trous dans la baignoire, la tête de douche était encrassé… je ne parle meme pas de la propreté générale de la chambre et de l’hôtel… juste degueulasse. Nous avions notre dog service et ça n’a pas plu au personnel… nous avons contacté expédia qui a négocier de nous changer de chambre… la seconde chambre pas mieux nous avons retrouver des morceaux d’os par terre dans la chambre, du riz partout… sans parler des cheveux et poils sur les serviettes et les drap… et dans les drap des traces jaunes très suspecte, des taches de sang sur les rideaux… et des cafards ! Nous avons demande a expédia de nous changer d’hôtel ils ont jamais voulu car le manager de l’hôtel refusait de nous rembourser ! Nous avons passé un séjour horrible… et pour les parties communes j’espère que vous aimer les araignées qui pendent partout, le Menage absolument pas fait !

Free parking was plentiful. There is a heck of a turn at the entry / exit to the parking lot and traffic moves very fast. Use caution. The female clerk upon check in was very polite but failed to state the hours when breakfast would be available. The hotel did appear to have residents living there on a monthly basis. Once in the room, the shower and the shower curtain were very dirty. The light in the bathroom was very dim. The bathroom was stocked with the worst and roughest toilet paper ever. The area around the hotel was fairly quiet. We didn’t swim, but the outdoor pool looked very clean and well cared for. We tried the free hotel breakfast but it included only bread and muffins with some beverage options. It was not a hot breakfast bar. Luckily, the hotel was conveniently located next to McDonalds. Upon checkout, the male attendant was very rude and seemed annoyed that he had to hang up his cell phone to assist. When I asked for a receipt, he said I’d receive a third-party receipt.

Dated building in need of TLC. Reception desk staff are very pleasant but language barriers exist. Had an issue with the first room and they were able to switch us to another - second room hot tub leaked when used. Patched walls needing paint and large gaps under doors had us wondering what may slither under in the night. Basic bed to sleep in for the money.

I booked knowing they had a pool but it was out of service our room stunk i had to go get air freshener there was a huge hole in the wall bigger than a basketball very disappointing

The mattress was phenomenal. I meant to ask what brand. Made me want to buy the exact one for home
