The room smelled like there was pets in there and the floor was filthy and there was cigarette ashes and cigarettes behind the night stand

Receptionist!!! Had booked for two days left the first morning to go get something to eat came back key wasn't working only to find out they put my stay for one night instead of two.

I like this place cause of its convenience to anything in Florence.

Only thing that bothered me was people hanging out in front of my door.
