"Stained linen"

The location and staff responsiveness

The bed linen seemed dirty so, we requested clean linen. Staff tried to accommodate by giving us clean linen but the linen was stained and to small. He was unable to find the correct bedding so, we waited for the change of staff to remake the bed and sleep. The new staff person provided unstained, clean linen.

The bed was comfortable and the layout was good. Front desk personnel Victoria & Lolitia was great!

Did not like getting in the shower and finding menstrual blood on the shower wall, so much hair left in the shower & sink and the water coming out of the shower, you could fall. Plus, one of the wall outlet needs attention. This was a handicap room.
