Hair dryer didn’t work. No help from front desk - I was told to dry my hair with a towel Dead Roach noted out in hallway Didn’t eat breakfast & didn’t see many options

2nd floor hallway carpet filthy. Smoking in rooms even though it’s not allowed. Outside parking lot and stairwells dirty. Juice machine broken for breakfast.
