Physical plant excellent.

Desk staff rude and uncompromising. Told my wife a $50 charge would be applied, if not out of room at 12. Called at 11:50 to say charge was going to be applied. Wife had to appear at desk at 12:00 to prevent charge.

Parking was excellent

Parking was a safe, but felt like it was uncomfortable.

Shree runs a tight ship as the captain... And the ladies Hold the compass... Extremely impressed with the cleanliness, and value of 4 points.... Next time when schlepping in the area for a night or 2 with out a doubt will be rebooking with 4 points.

The ergonomics were off. No light where needed. Toilet tissue too far from the toilet. No hair dryer. No dry creamer for coffee.

The property and staff were great! I did have one small issue with the room and the staff and house keeping addressed it quickly. I would recommend.

Room 216 Toilet was loosely bolted to the ground with no caulk around I reach for toilet paper and I thought it was going to come dis attached I weigh 165lb by the way not a big guy toilet paper roll is about 5 feet away from the toilet bed had missing outlets and exposed wires it was like staying in a halfway remodel room and shower doors where put together on a lean so they constantly opened my fiancé who I proposed to this weekend which was the purpose of the trip had to hold the door shut for me and I had to hold it shut for her
