Four Points by Sheraton Columbus-Polaris

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

One set of sheets had stains. The first room didn’t have a door that latched properly. They made it right ASAP and were very kind. The hotel was quiet. It’s nice but there needs to be some updates. The room looked clean but there was trash in the trash can and the shower floor was not very clean. The walls and wallpaper need a fresh coat and paint and to be redone. The price was $100 cheaper than other local hotels so you get what you pay for. Good location. The staff was very nice and did a great job.

The hotel stay was pleasant with nice staff.

There was no pool, no bar, no restaurant (just a 2 hour early breakfast that I never got to), no room service until we asked. Other than that it was fine.

Very clean rooms and facility. Staff was friendly. Comfy bed and pillows.

All of the front desk staff that I interacted with were very nice and friendly, they would say “hi”, “good morning”, and tell me to have a good day every time I walked past the front desk (which was quite a few times, since I stayed here for a week). Also, the rooms are clean and they have more of a modern look to them.

When I turned the sheets down there were bugs and hair between the fitted and top sheet. I then realized there was no carpet (a sign of previous bed bugs) and the room had horrible odor coming from the ac unit. For the price of this hotel I was appalled at how dirty it was. I left and did not stay. Very disappointed.
