Room was dirty literally hair all in shower dust everywhere bathroom mirror was dirty as he'll breakfast wasn't great at all

The staff was kind,

however i left my stuff animal talk to them about 4 times they told me they didn't have it then i call back and they magically had it. It was very frustrating that i had to call 4 times say the exact same thing in order for them find it. The directions were simple. I said it was on the bed. They said nothing is in the room 4 times so that meant they didnt check at all of it magically appeared there on the 5th Towells were dirty bed sheets had a stain They refuse to ship my stuffed animal back. And i even offered to pay for it bc it means the world to me. Staff never came in to make the bed No towels We're changed. Water pressure in the sink was practically non existent

The room was extremely small. The only chair was a plastic one at the desk area. So your only option was to sit on the bed. Very uncomfortable. The breakfast items were limited. The coffee was cold. The toasted didn't work.

Good location.

The receptionist is extremely unprofessional. He kept talking to someone else the entire time—with an earpiece in—during my check-in. The place smells horrible. It is extremely dirty; there was a huge strand of hair on top of the toilet seat. When I went to take a shower, the water just sat in the bathtub—it even covered my feet.
