The location was decent

Cleanliness was horrible, rude staff, the hallways smelled like mold, "breakfast" was a joke and bread products were stale and been put out for days

I had made a reservation, but I didn't stay at this hotel because the hallways smelled horrible; it wasn't clean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The roaches in the room, smelly carpet, no hot water in sink, low water pressure in the shower, ran out of toilet paper, only one waste basket

Staff was friendly. That's about it.

Facility and room was dirty. Could not be comfortable in a dirty room. There were dirt/dust at every corner of the room and across the room. Seems like they only used mop to push dirt around instead of vacuuming. There were dirt/stain on the walls especially behind the bathroom door. Needs to remodel the room entirely. Also, the TV did not work as it would turn on and then when trying to select different parts of the menu, the TV won't do anything even if it was in a menu mode. Could not watch TV or anything. They should check to ensure the TV works before the room is utilized.

Location

Dead Bugs that were that were on the walls, all exit doors were not secured (you didn't need a room key to get back into the facility). Does anyone ever clean the base board ( not for a long time it looks like)
