Great service for the most part, the Staff was exceptional, with a fairly smooth check in. Great price, and great location. Rooms were a bit cramped though. Otherwise Great stay.

Tru by Hilton offers the familiar layout seen across the brand, which adds a sense of consistency and ease. The hotel is in a prime location—close to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, with plenty of nearby restaurants, and situated right on Main Street, which made for great evening walks after work. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property felt clean and secure. The only downside was the lack of recognition for Hilton Diamond members—I only received two bottles of water for the entire stay, which felt underwhelming compared to other Hilton experiences. This stay really highlighted the inconsistencies in Diamond member perks across the U.S. That said, I would still recommend this location for its convenience, comfort, and walkable surroundings.

Everhthing was great but a minor complaint is the breakfast. Most hotels offer potatoes as a breakfast option. We had some people with dietary constraints in our family so it would have been nice if there were some more options (gluten free,dairy alternative,etc).

The lack of comfort, no chairs other than a desk chair was disappointing. The blackout shade was inoperable.

Very nice—Huge fan of Tru! No carpet which is awesome! Bedding was great.
