"Poor customer service"

Arrived late night around 11:45pm. Parking is small and tight. Parking was full and had to park in public parking. No instruction when we checked in first of what to do if lot was full. So had to leave the car and go back to lobby and ask where to park. Arrives in room and bathroom sink was stopped up with dirty rancid water. called front desk, no rooms to move to and maintenance not available at that time of night. Next morning at 8:00 am had to inquire about maintenance coming to service sink. Fast forward to 5:30pm finally was moved to another room as the stoppage is unrepairable by maintenance. No credit was offered had to request a credit as we have been unable to enjoy your room all day. They offered parking credit. Will be calling corporate first thing Monday. Some staff was very nice and some including front desk manager unprofessional!
