Location and car park. Staff responsive to request for extra duvet and it was lovely to have water and a cookie on arrival.

Uncomfortable bed that gave us a poor night's sleep and backache.

Room was pretty quiet which is always a massive bonus. Easy parking (for a fee). Decent size room nice modern building. Reception staff were excellent.

The shower pressure was so weak I could not even wash under it.
