Great value for money. Clean, comfortable hotel centrally located. Nothing flashy, but covers all of the core needs very well. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking seems to fill up, but there is ample street parking and the hotel has access to the church parking lot across the street.

I was traveling as part of a group of 9 adults and had booked our rooms 10 months in advance. The management was very helpful in providing answers to my many questions, good at communicating and held the rooms without requiring a deposit. The rooms were clean but quite basic. The bedsheets were annoying because the bottom sheet is not fitted so that when you pull out the top sheet to get in, the bottom sheet also pulled out and then it was not smooth to the mattress, so it felt lumpy when you get into bed. Don't like that. Other hotels seemed to work it out so that didn't happen. The hotel restaurant was also pretty basic. Service was poor, meaning not attentive. When we (2 people) arrived for breakfast one morning, even though there were at least 6 empty tables, we were asked to take our breakfast to the bar area across the hall because they were expecting a tour bus group to come down for breakfast soon. That was not acceptable and we refused to do that - that's an issue the hotel should work out, but not to inconvenience/devalue other guests. We did like the downtown central location of the hotel the most. We were able to walk everywhere.
