Grand Hyatt Grand Club lounge is definitely one of the best club lounge in Jakarta. The bakso soup is delicious & truffle egg bun at breakfast was amazing. Look out for Affif....he will take a good care of you.

Dinner on the last evening was late nearly 2 hours. After calling the 1st time it 2as on the way half hour later didn't arrive called again on the way waited 15 minutes and the FOOD ARRIVED COLD they gave 3 juices for free but the FOOD made me had stomach upset pasta sticking to the plate. No one asked for feedback

Tinus always a pleasure staying at Hyatt. Great service , friendly staff and good and clean rooms with excellent beds. 1 negative thing is the enormous noise on Sundays from outside starting at 5 am

Location and hospitality is the best!

The room was comfortable and well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to many nearby malls, which made getting around very convenient. The facilities were amazing, and we only wished we had more time to fully enjoy and make use of them.

One thing we didn’t quite understand was the use of the metal detector, not just for this hotel but the nearby malls. We weren’t sure how it contributed to the overall security measures, so that part was a bit confusing during our stay.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The service provided by the entire team was truly outstanding, and everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and very welcoming, which immediately created a positive first impression. Throughout my stay, the team consistently ensured that all my needs were well taken care of, always showing great attention to detail and a genuine sense of hospitality. The facilities were very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully presented. It is clear that the hotel places a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional service standards. I would also like to give special recognition to Angela, the server during breakfast. She was wonderful very attentive, friendly, and proactive. She always approached our table with a warm smile and regularly checked whether we needed anything else during breakfast. Her thoughtful service and genuine care made our mornings even more enjoyable. In addition, I would like to compliment the Bell Service team for their professionalism and helpfulness. From arrival to departure, they were attentive, efficient, and always ready to assist with luggage. The Housekeeping team also deserves recognition for maintaining the room in excellent condition throughout my stay. The room was always perfectly clean, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared, which greatly contributed to the comfort and relaxation of my stay. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the entire team, and I look forward to returning again in the future.
